HONG-KONG, MARCH 20.
Kwong Yu-pul, a member of the Chinese reform party, and formerly editor of a Chinese news- paper in Yokohama, was abducted on Tuesday from Hong-kong and taken to Canton.
The Governor of Hong-kong and the British Consul at Canton have made representations to
Li Finng Chang, but Kwong is still detained.
